Well here it is; I am pleased to reveal our brand new look and name.
Resolution at Work brings together Alison Love Limited and Mediation at Work after a long association between the two companies and twelve months since Dionne and I took the helm at Mediation at Work.
Resolution at Work, represents the evolution of the two businesses and recognises that we do much more than mediation by working in partnership with clients to offering a number of innovative options to positively manage conflict in the workplace. Our new colour scheme is also relevant; the colour purple has significant and important meanings that are reflective of what we do. For full details see here.
We are very excited about our new look; our rebranded website is now up and running and can be found here. We hope you like it and do please let us know your thoughts.
To celebrate our first anniversary and new look we are hosting two complimentary
we are hosting complimentary conflict management workshops on 24 May in Bristol and 4 July in Cardiff. Both events run from 2.30-6pm, and include a Q&A session and drinks reception. We hope you will be able to join us at one of the events. Please reserve your preferred date via Eventbrite by clicking on the links.
I look forward to seeing you soon.
Yours sincerely

I have found the experience of coaching extremely positive. From the initial assessment of my traits (using the CDP Model) to working one to one with Naomi, I have managed to identify personal development objectives and have been provided with new techniques and support to achieve them. I cannot recommend this service more, especially for people in the Veterinary industry that often do not receive these skills within their training. I feel much more confident in completing my job role with minimal personal stress.

It is not uncommon for conflict to arise between different teams. This can have considerable impact on both individuals and performance. A number of approaches can be used in this sort of scenario, including neutral assessment, team facilitation and group mediation.
Agreement could not be reached to enter into mediation in this situation and therefore coaching was an alternative support provided to one of the parties. The relationship between a majority shareholder and a shareholder/director was causing conflict. The relationship would be ok at times but disagreements would flare up from time to time and this was beginning to impact on the business.
