Our services empower organisations and individuals to manage conflict positively improving both profitably and health and well-being.
Conflict management coaching is a process in which a specially trained coach helps people on a one-on-one basis to improve the way they manage and interact in their interpersonal workplace conflicts and disputes. It is a future- oriented process that focuses on each person’s specific conflict management goals.
Provision of highly experienced independent mediators for individual or group mediation in addition to conflict coaching. We also advise organisations wishing to set up or administer in-house mediation schemes as well as providing supervision and expert support for practising mediators. Please note that we are now providing online mediation services, for further information please see our additional guide and recent blog.
We provide a range of training courses & workshops designed to enhance and promote competence in working with conflict. We believe that the best training involves some fun, is thought provoking, creative and engaging. Our approach is to use a mix of learning including facilitated group discussion, experiential learning through action and sharing experience with tools and techniques for practical application. For in-house training we base learning activities and exercises on real life work situations, which reflect the context in which your organisation operates.
Neutral Assessment provides a highly effective alternative option for positively managing difficult employee relations issues by engaging with staff and identifying practical solutions. This award winning approach is proven to provide real and sustained improvements for clients.
When formal processes are necessary, we offer expert independent investigators; ensuring an objective and robust process to reduce the risk of claims.
Supporting organisations to reduce the cost of unhealthy conflict and improve approaches to resolving conflict. This may involve carrying out a “conflict audit” before developing and implementing a strategic development plan to improve organisational performance.
