Environmental Policy

Resolution at Work is seeking to reduce its impact on the environment where possible. We have signed the World Mediators Alliance (WoMACC) on Climate Change Green Pledge. The Green Pledge outlines steps to reduce the impact on the climate of each mediation we conduct.

Resolution at Work will:

  1. Encourage parties to undertake mediation online via video call, wherever possible, where this is appropriate, accessible and acceptable to all concerned.
  2. Encourage parties to consider the necessity of attending mediation in person if that attendance involves significant travel.
  3. Use, wherever possible and practical, the most environmentally friendly way of travelling, where travelling to a mediation or preparation meeting is necessary.
