We provide a range of training courses & workshops designed to enhance and promote competence in working with conflict. We believe that the best training involves some fun, is thought provoking, creative and engaging. Our approach is to use a mix of learning including facilitated group discussion, experiential learning through action and sharing experience with tools and techniques for practical application. For in-house training we base learning activities and exercises on real life work situations, which reflect the context in which your organisation operates.

Below are examples of the training that we can offer as in-house courses. All training is tailored to the specific needs of the organisation; it can be adapted to be suitable for those new to line management or as part of a senior management leadership development programme. We are happy to work with our clients to create fully bespoke training packages that account for the individual goals and requirements of their teams. For more information, there is a downloadable link for each course or workshop, or feel free to contact us.

It is not uncommon for conflict to arise between different teams. This can have considerable impact on both individuals and performance. A number of approaches can be used in this sort of scenario, including neutral assessment, team facilitation and group mediation.
Agreement could not be reached to enter into mediation in this situation and therefore coaching was an alternative support provided to one of the parties. The relationship between a majority shareholder and a shareholder/director was causing conflict. The relationship would be ok at times but disagreements would flare up from time to time and this was beginning to impact on the business.
