We provide a range of training courses & workshops designed to enhance and promote competence in working with conflict. We believe that the best training involves some fun, is thought provoking, creative and engaging. Our approach is to use a mix of learning including facilitated group discussion, experiential learning through action and sharing experience with tools and techniques for practical application. For in-house training we base learning activities and exercises on real life work situations, which reflect the context in which your organisation operates.
Below are examples of the training that we can offer as in-house courses. All training is tailored to the specific needs of the organisation; it can be adapted to be suitable for those new to line management or as part of a senior management leadership development programme.
