Resolution at Work has been at the forefront of workplace mediation and conflict resolution since it was established in 2000.

With offices based in Cardiff and Bristol, we offer a wide range of services to enable clients to positively manage conflict within the workplace. We can provide conflict resolution skills or mediation training and advice as well as assisting directly with conflict resolution. We offer a range of  interventions such as conflict coaching, team facilitation and workplace mediation. We can advise on the options appropriate to the particular situation and work collaboratively with clients to reduce the damaging impact of unresolved conflict on businesses and individuals alike.

Working with clients across the public, private and voluntary sectors we bring a wealth of experience and expertise to bring positive conflict resolution solutions support. We provide workplace mediation services, training, facilitated individual or group meetings, conflict coaching, investigations, neutral assessments and support for organisations.

Conflict management coaching is a process in which a specially trained coach helps people on a one-on-one basis to improve the way they manage and interact in their interpersonal workplace conflicts and disputes. It is a future- oriented process that focuses on each person’s specific conflict management goals.
