Alison’s mediation delivered a lasting resolution that saved a team. It was dysfunctional and poorly led but now the whole team is happily pulling together as one to deliver the outcomes we and they know they can achieve.

Best of all, every member of the original team is still in place six months after the intervention. From my experience, Alison’s mediation approach works for everyone. Disputes are prevented from escalating and all parties can return to working harmoniously in the roles they enjoy.

That Alison achieves this through seeking ways forward without taking sides is equally valued in my HR department and by our trade union colleagues. From my perspective, Alison is engaging, knowledgeable and practical in her advice.

Added to this, she consistently delivers a gold-plated service that produces the desired result every time. Within my network, this makes you a real one-off.

Testimonial

The report was very professional, it dealt with all the issues raised and was particularly thorough. It clearly took the time to fully understand all of the issues and background. It was complex but the report really helped to break it down and I’m hoping we can progress in a positive manner following the recommendations.
