Our exciting Foundation in Workplace Mediation course returns to Newport in February.

Mediation is a crucial means to reaching solutions within the workplace. This course is focused on training HR professionals and managers in the skills required to lead a mediation and a deep understanding of the process and benefits.

This course will provide a meaningful toolkit of practical case studies, skills and approaches that will enable you to put your mediation into high-impact practice.

Taught over 5 days of classroom-based learning delivered by an industry-leading and highly experienced practicing mediator, this course allows for full participation in fascinating real-life case studies and practical exercises to expand your skills and understanding.

Candidates will become fully accredited mediators on successful completion of the course and leave with the skillset required to begin practicing as a workplace mediator. Hugely impactful for HR employees, managers and those looking upskill in a fast-expanding area to facilitate a career change or progression.
