A one day programme which gives delegates an understanding of how workplace mediation works in practice and a taster of the skills and processes involved. This course will not turn you into a mediator; it is designed to provide an understanding of the principles of mediation and the benefits and power of mediation.

Cost: £275 plus VAT per delegate (£250 plus VAT for additional delegates)
