After a successful re-location, our CMC registered Certificate in Workplace Mediation returns to Berkshire for 5 days in April 2026

Mediation is a crucial means to reaching solutions within the workplace. This 5-day course of in-person learning is focused on training HR professionals and managers in the skills required to lead a mediation and a deep understanding of the process and benefits.

The course will provide a meaningful toolkit of practical case studies, role-play, skills and approaches that will enable you to put your mediation into high-impact practice.

Taught over 5 days of classroom-based learning delivered by an industry-leading and highly experienced practicing mediator, this course allows for full participation in real-life case studies and practical exercises to expand your skills and understanding.

Candidates will become CMC approved mediators on successful completion will leave with the skillset required to begin practicing as a workplace mediator. Candidates can also choose to join The Civil Mediation Council as registered workplace mediatiors should they choose. Hugely impactful for HR employees, managers and those looking upskill in a fast-expanding area to facilitate a career change or progression.
