A one day course that provides delegates with an understanding of how and why conflict arises in the workplace, an appreciation of the different conflict resolution options available and the key skills required to manage conflict positively. The objective is to provide delegates with a range of skills and the confidence to intervene at the right time and constructively thereby reducing the need for more formal conflict resolution processes.

Cost: £275 plus VAT per delegate (£250 plus VAT for additional delegates)
