She’s a regular thought leader, featured in The Daily Mail Online, Yahoo Finance, People Management Magazine ,and hosts The Haylo Effect Podcast, where she tackles real‑world people challenges alongside a host of special expert guests. 

Trish is the winner of the StartUp of the Year Award for Professional Services in the East of England 2025 and also won the Influencer of the Year Award at the National Business Women’s Awards 2024. She’s been featured on the CIPD Podcast and is a regular speaker at Disrupt HR events.

Trish at Play:

Trish enjoys going to the gym for a swim and a BodyPump class. She’s a huge fan of Marvel and Star Wars movies so enjoys getting cozy on the sofa with her dog, Dexter, to watch a good sci-fi film. Trish is a mum to twins and her idea of a great holiday is doing nothing on a beach. In her youth Trish was a musician, she plays the Flute, and trained to dance professionally.

Conflict Coaching – Shareholder/Director dispute

Agreement could not be reached to enter into mediation in this situation and therefore coaching was an alternative support provided to one of the parties. The relationship between a majority shareholder and a shareholder/director was causing conflict. The relationship would be ok at times but disagreements would flare up from time to time and this was beginning to impact on the business.
