Expert in: Mediation Services Conflict Training Supporting Organisations Conflict Coaching

Lynne at Work:

Lynne is an accredited Workplace Mediator, and an experienced Coach.

With over 25 years’ experience in operational and HR management, specializing latterly in Leadership development – Lynne has a proven track record of influencing senior leaders and leading large teams to create cultural behaviour change.

“I am on a mission to make work, work. I mean really work – for everyone, individuals, companies, and society.”

She is driven by natural curiosity about people and how best to help them to release their potential. During extensive experience in Financial, Retail and Bio-Tech sectors, she discovered a key strength in collaborating with others to solve conceptual problems, building a shared vision – focusing on ‘And’, rather than ‘But’. Whether she is designing and delivering Leadership development programmes, facilitating teams to enhance their connection and performance, coaching senior leaders through transitions, or training people to have difficult conversations, manage conflict, give feedback, coach and be resilient, she does it with people, not to them.

Subscribing to a growth mindset – high challenge, high support philosophy, she prefers a straightforward, kind, communication style in line with core values of authenticity, fairness, and freedom.

Lynne is a Fellow of the CIPD, she has an MSc in Human Resources Management, and is an Associate Member of the Civil Mediation Council. She has Level A and B certifications from the British Psychological Society. She is an NLP practitioner. She is accredited in Insights Discovery, Hogan Assessments, and is a Core Strengths official partner.

Lynne at Play :

Outside of work, she can mostly be found taxiing her two teenage children around Cardiff – simultaneously feeding her Radio 4 addiction; swimming (it’s as important to her as breathing); yogaing; watching live music with her husband/friends (ideally outdoors, and despite her Mum saying that she is too old to still be doing this), or cwtched up on the sofa watching TV.
