Jon at work
Jon is an experienced investigator and an accredited civil, commercial and workplace mediator.
Jon has held investigative roles with HMRC, the Gambling Commission and National Grid. With a portfolio of successful investigations as diverse as tax fraud, criminal offences under the Gambling Act, race-fixing and sexual harassment, Jon is highly adaptable and very used to dealing with challenging situations.
Jon draws on his investigative background in his role as an impartial mediator, enabling him to understand and unpick complex issues, while ensuring the parties feel heard and understood. Jon recognises the importance of treating everyone fairly and ensuring that all participants – whether in mediation or investigations – feel as comfortable as possible throughout the process.
Jon holds a Level 7 Advanced Professional Certificate in Investigative Practice and has professional mediation accreditation with the Civil Mediation Council, the International Mediation Institute and Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
